All PUBLIC locations follow the guidelines of the RIVM so that we can ensure the safety of our customers and staff on location.
As of September 25th, we are no longer obliged to respect 1.5 meter distance between each other and the following applies to meetings & events:
- with a fixed seat: the maximum capacity may be used
- without a fixed seat: 75% of the capacity may be used
The following measures also apply to all locations:
- the staff prepares the set-up and thoroughly cleans the location prior to the booking taking place
- hand sanitisers are available on site and the toilets are equipped with paper towels and disinfecting soap
- if you experience any COVID-related symptoms, we kindly ask you to stay home
