All PUBLIC locations follow the guidelines of the RIVM so that we can ensure the safety of our clients and staff on location.
Locations may allow a maximum of 30 people (excluding location staff), provided that they are 1.5 meters apart and the booking is of a business nature (i.e.: colleagues who come together to perform work duties, or a relevant activity).
The maximum capacity has been adjusted for all meeting and event locations (based on social distancing measures of 1.5 meters); the specifics can be found on the relevant location pages.
The following measures are applicable at all locations:
- Prior to booking, the staff will prepare the set-up with 1.5 meters social distancing measures in mind, and the location will be thoroughly cleaned;
- There are plenty of hand sanitizers on location and the toilets are equipped with paper towels and disinfectant soap;
- Personal hygiene rules are observed during the preparation and consumption of food and beverages; please follow the staff’s instructions;
- Urgent advice for all those present: disinfect hands upon entering and wear a mouth mask when entering and walking around on location;
- If you don’t feel well, we kindly ask that you remain at home.
